My name is Mike Shindel & I make custom high-performance blades, chef's knives, hammers, axes & swords.

​My blades are made how they were made thousands of years ago by shaping a red hot piece of steel with a hammer on an anvil. I do utilize modern technology like a power hammer, a hydraulic press, a mill, a lathe and a grinder among other tools to help me streamline & further enhance the knife making process.

Everything is done "in-house" including Damascus, heat treat, wood & leather work.
